Whilst Ryan and I were playing he entered the server and began to chat abusive words, some words were well known racist slurs and on that basis I think it should be an immediate ban due to violation of rules 2 and 7.

First encounter
Whilst Ryan and I were playing he asked us "May I record your towns?", I said to him "You may but it is not finished". He stole my set of diamond on an armour statue and killed me whilst I was AFK. If not for Ryan backing me up he would have griefed my house, he then left. He also griefed my house minorly.

Second Encounter
He joined back on the server used the /Back command, killed me whilst I was writing this and stole everything. Seriously annoyed considering I only just got my 3 fortune pick back... I think he should be banned because he broke rule 1 and 9. He also admitted to only joinning the server to desecrate it.
